Reservation
The reservation confirmation will be sent by e-mail immediately after your application.
This booking confirmation is proof of booking, but only final after your payment is fully received.

Payment
At least 50% of the total sum immediately on receipt of booking confirmation:
the remainder (50%) on arrival.
If the downpayment is not on time credited to our account, we reserve the right to re-rent the accommodation, subject to all rights, including your payment.

Cancellation
If a reservation is canceled, cancellation charges are payable.
These amounts are: for cancellation up to 2 weeks before day of arrival: 50% of the total rent.
Cancellation of 2 weeks to the day of arrival or later: the full rental fee.
You can insure against this risk by a cancellation insurance.
